Your body is your machine with TRX. This new form of suspension training will take you to the next level of strength, muscle tone and power as you shorten the time of your workout. You will find muscles you didn't know you had as you utilize your core muscles for every exercise. The counter balance allows you to stretch your limits as you can perform one legged squats and other challenging exercises with a new sense of confidence and without compromising your form. We have been busy remodeling the club to bring you more of what you want - Studio 2 is just about ready and will be the home of the ALL NEW indoor cycling classes at elements! What is indoor cycling? It's an incredible workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Burn tons of calories while you sculpt your body and tone your legs, hips and thighs.
